Help please, i screwed up!?

I was takin to mi two best freinds in Maine n i love them but i hurt one of them n i didnt mean too, n i feel really bad,..we went ice skatin n i found smoked ciggs in mi pocket, they were mi moms n she was upset cuz she thinks shes gunna lose me...n i told her that they werent mine n eva since then i ve been messin around so like 45 mins ago i was takin to her online n i said i hear smokin releaves stress lol.....n she said it wasnt funni n i was totally messin around n i feel farther away, n il die w/out her , i dont think she nos how much i really do love her, how can i help recover my freindship b4 it gets bad? I never meant to hurt her, i didnt think she really cared that much! I not even 18 yet!! N plus she hurts me by havin a diff bf all the time n i want her to find 1 good guy n she dont listen, please help me figure this out!
