I have Sprint, and i used my upgrade about a 2 months ago. I got the blackberry 8530, i now notice that the?

screen isnt sealed and lint and such is getting behind the screen and i cant get it out. This worries me because i spent alot on the phone and now i feel like its going to get damaged or something. I dont have the reciept now but i do have insurance. Is sprint liable to give me a new phone since it isnt sealed correctly? Thank you
