Office problems need christian help and advices.?

At my job, my coworker did some work for a client and the client was not satisfied with the job, but it was not the coworker fault. it was some other issue with the customers that led to not being satisfied. the coworker reimbursed her fee and sent her off. But did not take back the information. So the customers went else where and used our information to get the job done. Apparently our bank info was on our paperwork and the customer money was sent to our bank. the customer came in our office and spoke with me. I told her to speak with the manager. She did that and then the coworker came in the office and I told her the manager will speak to her about the situation. So the coworker said, well she does not care, she is about to quit. I told the coworker do not quit, just wait until i leave for the day, she asked why, I told her I do not want to be asked to stay until closing. Anyway the manager was finish dealing with the customer and she came over to the coworker to speak to her regarding the situation and to expained to her how she had resolved the issue. The coworker did not give the manager a chance to speak, the first thing she said to the manager was, lets go to the back room because she is about to get mad. So the manager said no lets talk right here in the office. Bare in mind the office is opened its like an open cubicle. As the coworker explained her side to the manager regarding the customers, she said to the manager I told her that she would be mad at her. the manager was shock and turned around at me and turned back facing the coworker. As they continued their talked, I was shocked for two reasons; one i did not say mad, i said the manager will talked to you regarding the issue. second what i told the coworker should not be repeated. So after the manager was finished with the talk, i said to the coworker why did you say that, she said dont worry abou the manager and who cares. I said to her I cared. What should i do regarding the coworker and the manager. I do not want enemies and i want peace. I am child of God getting ready to be baptize in name of the Father, the son and the holy spirit. Please tell me because this situation is bothering me.
