Please help me with a moral decision?

John, I want to tell you how brave I think you are. You sound like a very smart young man, and I think you NEED to have someone to talk to, this young lady you mention is your lifeline to the real world, so to speak. Listen, I won't feed you any B.S., you know this is going to be a hard thing to do, but, you MUST find the strength to stand up for your true feelings. Whatever anyone thinks of you after wards is trivial. You are the only person that will be with you for the rest of your life. Believe me, you want to be happy and grab everything life has to offer, and you won't be able to do it unless you take this stand now. If you truly believe this is what you want, and how you feel, don't think twice about it. Your friend, this girl, I bet she would say the same thing. I believe that you are guaranteed two days in your life. The day you are born, and the day you die. It's up to you how they are spent in between. Make your life a happy one.
