One of the reasons of arterial pressure increase or decrease is the fluid volume. Excessive sweating or water increase during the day will alter the fluid volume. To control the fluid volume the kidney will eliminate water through urine to decrease the fluid volume or reabsorb most of the water in the urine to maintain the fluid volume. This fluid balance is mainly controlled by antidiuretic hormone from pituitary. Renin-angiotensin system from the kidney is also involved in the fluid regulation.
