If eveyone who ever lived was still alive, and we add to elect a leader based on reputation, who would win?

The question might seem vague. I mean, if everyone who ever lived was still alive (if the earth could accomodate such a thing), and they were present at the age which they felt they were at their most potent, and everyone in the world had to choose someone from the annals of history (and present) to lead this fledgling new world, who do you thing would win, or rather, who do you think should win????
