Winnie the poohs friends are all messed up?

Eor has severe manic depression, winnie has an unhealthy addiction to honey, Piglet has too many phobias to mention, and Tigger seems to have some form of hyperactivity possibly ADD. Why arent any of them receiving psychological treatment? How can they be helped ?
