Boots...? 10 points for best answer?

I was thinking of buying an equestrian style boot that waws preferably under 50 dollars for spring/fall. Some review say they're great, some say they're bad. I was wondering if anyone has this style of boot (from target or not from target) and can tell me more about it. Like if this target boot would fit me [i have medium/average calves, i guess thin-ish, and thin ankles] also if you dont like these could you PLEASE help me find others. Thanx sooo sooo mcuh!! =]
