Does any know the name of the movie coming out sometime soon about a guy who dies and comes back to life?

I have no clue what it is called. It is driving me mad. I know its something like its a doctor who is mean and then he goes to the hospital and he dies and then comes back to life but he can see the ghost and they ask for his help. Anyone? I saw the preview before tropic thunder
