Going to Phuket in June 2007 and will stay for 3 nights. Which beaches are white and quiet and nice serenity?

1 child of 10 yrs with 5 Adults. Would like to stay of within budget THB 3000 PER night and within shopping area too. Also accessible to food centre especially Halal Muslim food.
