Painfully Odd Migraines?

Hello, well i've been getting migraines like horribly. They start out as a spot on my head about one inch in diameter, that spot gets really cold, almost like when you have to get something surgically "frozen" off. Then it will stay cold for about 45 seconds to 3 minutes, and then a shooting pain. In less words, almost like someone is sticking there finger through my skull and twisting their fingers. I know, i know thats a horrible way to describe it, but this is the way i feel. Then I'll get dizzy. Any ideas on what this could be or how to help?
