Potential perjury?
The ex wife filed a petition to increase child support and lied on financial disclosures in an attempt to show disparity of income and higher living expenses. After said lies are proven beyond doubt, how can I ask/determine the judge to prosecute for perjury? Also, there is evident fraud on the income tax returns (for at least the last 2 years) required by said disclosures. Does this have any relevance? From an "income from all sources" point of view is income from investments considered "income" if it gets deposited in a retirement account right away as she didn't include said income on the financial disclosures? Are there any legal guide lines/statutes, laws etc to fill these disclosures out? Where can I go research them or any similar cases and decisions? Can you fill in "projected" expenses as opposed to actual ones as the ex did on disclosures? How do I prove"perjury" and not allow her to say she honestly believed she was truthful? I am in Chicago, Cook County, Illinois.
