What are some fun places (specifically) to go to in Las Vegas?

I am leaving for Vegas in 5 days to spend a few weeks with an old friend/recent love interest. He wants to take me anywhere I want to go and I don't know where I would want to go (besides the strip, casinos. .etc) Is there anyone that lives there and can recommend a few places that are scenic or fun or original that would be fun and nice to go to? I'm not huge on partying so I don't need any bar/club recommendations. Just the other stuff. . .Thanks!!
