What makes someone a pedo?

So when I was 15 my little brother had this younger friend who would always come over sneaking in my room trying to see my etc. He was all little and cute (age 8) so I never got mad just laughed it off. Anyways, I moved to San Fransisco for two years to go to a special school only coming back during break. Today I see the kid again for the first time in two years and it's like WTF! He's HOT! He's only 10 but he's like 5'5, already has a six pack, carmel skin, wavy hair, bright green eyes OMG! Dont get me wrong I'll never do anything with him because he's freaking 10 but if someone were to ask me who I'm more attracted to him or some average looking of age guy, I'd probably say him. Now if you ask him vs an fat ugly of age guy I'd say him in a second and I bet most girls on here would agree. So does this make us pedo's?
