What to wear with this tulip skirt?

For casual wear, a simple plain shirt tucked into the skirt, like a white v-neck tee with some accessories would work. To dress it up a bit just use a dressier shirt. Maybe something with a little frill along the neckline (not too overdone though). Very cute skirt btw!
